I started my career with British Gas in 2004, working hands-on as a Gas Engineer before progressing through heating sales and into senior operational management. That experience gave me much more than technical knowledge. Working within a large national company taught me the importance of customer service, clear communication, professional standards and getting the whole customer experience right — not just the installation itself.

I took those standards with me when I established PH3. Today, attention to detail runs through everything we do, from the initial quote and communication through to the quality of the installation and the final finish. For me, a great installation isn’t just about making something work. It’s about doing the job properly, respecting the customer’s home and leaving behind work we’re proud to put the PH3 name to.
